This project presented by SARL NOVATEC consists of the implementation of a COBALT V2.0 software solution via its ZAPAY program. The SARL had already developed in 2009-2010, a version 1 which resulted in the setting up of a voice automaton intended for the collection of large invoicers (social workers, water management organisations, electricity, fixed/mobile telephony, Internet, satellite access providers, etc...). This version 2 of the shared platform will allow large billers to offer users digital tools accessible and simplified via tablets and smartphones for the quick settlement of their bills. The main feature of ZAPAY is the payment of bills and reloading of services. ZAPAY interacts as an intermediary between customers and providers for payment services. By automating this task, this will make it possible to smooth the traffic of people at reception points and disengage some of the staff of a large factsmith, who will be able to devote themselves to other tasks with a higher productivity value. The total eligible cost of the project is EUR 901 711,00. The project owner requests a European grant of EUR 450 855,50 representing 50 % of the total cost and a regional contribution of EUR 135 256,65, representing 15 % of the project amount.
