The 2019-2022 Regional Training Programme must contribute to addressing 3 major challenges: — Coping with changes in economic demand – Accompanying territorial dynamics – Provide opportunities for lifelong access to training schemes to attain a level of qualification and develop skills and know-how. The Region is committed to the construction of a unique, legible and harmonised Occitania-wide training programme. This programme should enable anyone who has completed a training course to find their way back to employment. This path can take several routes: upgrading basic skills, acquiring know-how and know-how, defining and consolidating a project, qualification or certification. To do so, the Region organised its Regional Programme into 8 major programmes including QUALIF PRO.
