The health crisis linked to the SARS-CoV demonstrates the importance for public health facilities to be organised in such a way as to act in an emergency as close as possible to the patient by offering a rapid, adapted and quality response, in a difficult context of permanent evolution of the health situation Today, the preparation of medicines for the Toulouse Hospital is possible only in the premises of the Purpan site. The Rangueil site does not have preparation facilities. This configuration deprives patients of the Rangueil and Larrey sites of access to certain medicines whose stability after form is short, even though a number of cardinal services of the CHU are located there. This issue was particularly highlighted during the health crisis (vaccines, curares,...). The compliance of pharmaceutical preparation rooms at the Rangueil site will improve the pharmaceutical response to the personalised care needs of patients located at the Rangueil and Larrey site. This will allow patients to benefit from future treatments such as advanced therapy medicinal products (GMOs, cell therapy). These new premises will make it possible to prepare on the two main sites of the CHU which guarantees us the possibility to respond in case of an increase in unforeseen activity or crisis situation and to adapt to a health context that is constantly being revised and constantly evolving.
