The city of Nogent sur Oise is facing an increase in its population and medical desertification. Health has become a major local issue. The Municipality therefore proposes to offer and guarantee to all its population in full population growth regardless of its situation (precarious, vulnerable, modest or affluent) sufficient, quality and sustainable access to care through the creation of a municipal health centre. The location of this municipal health centre, with an area of 158 m² in a building which the Town Hall has acquired will be central and located close to the priority areas of the city “Les Obiers/Granges” and “Les Coteaux”. The project benefits from a labeling of the ARS. The project includes two general practitioners and a medical secretary to provide first-recourse care and medical exercises without accommodation with an opening 6 days a week. The missions are to: — Facilitate access to primary care for the entire population of Nogentes – Propose and promote actions in the areas of public health, prevention, health education, therapeutic education of patients, social actions for the entire territory of Nogentais as well as at the level of the Agglomération creilloise – Accompany and direct the patient towards the most appropriate care pathways
