The Conservatoire du Littoral (Conservatoire du Littoral) is responsible for carrying out a land policy for the preservation of coastal areas, and is assigned to the sites of Rivière Salée, Golconde in the territory of the municipality of Abymes and Perrin, Gressier, Babin in the commune of Morne-à-l-l Eau. These sites have a true biological richness and have a diverse ecosystem. This application includes plots of the Conservatoire located between the heart of the Natural Park and the urbanised area of Abymes and Morne-à-l Eau. Agricultural users occupy these parcels without authorisation or title. Finally, to regularise the situation of these users, the Conservatoire considers agricultural activities as one of the dimensions of the management and valorisation of natural areas, some forms of agriculture bearing the identity of the sites and can contribute to their proper maintenance. This is particularly the case for extensive grazing or crops constituting threatened rural landscapes, such as the Creole gardens, which are now present on the sites subject to the project. To regulate agricultural activities on its land, the Conservatory issues to agricultural users temporary occupancy agreements for agricultural use, to which are attached a specification. The latter defines the good agricultural practices to be complied with (prohibition of the use of synthetic inputs or plant protection products, rational use d)
