BBS to cane farms in order to produce rum and consists of 3 entities with well-defined activities: — BBS SA manages the production and bottling of rum in the pilot river distillery and owns 100 ha of AOC land. — Distillery Agricole de Sainte Luce (DASL) operates 210 ha of agricultural land AOC 300 ha of land dedicated to cultivation and livestock. — SCEA TROIS RIVIERE organises the agricultural equipment and performs cutting services for the group.
