The main challenges of this project are to strengthen the attractiveness of the city of Heurteau and to perpetuate this heritage. This is divided into several objectives: — improve housing comfort by rehabilitating housing in order to: • to improve the energy performance of housing and to reduce the costs of tenants, • to bring a better quality of life to the occupants (safety, materials, air quality equipment...), – to enhance the heritage of mining cities on the built and architectural aspect, – to raise awareness of green gestures among tenants, The objective in terms of energy performance is to target the BBC threshold renovation i.e. an energy consumption less than 104 kWh/m². SIA has therefore worked on the definition of a work program allowing the achievement of these results on all housing, This project is also intended to be a medium for social integration and integrated training, which is why it is planned to: — promote the integration of integration clauses into work contracts, – promote training in the workplace through the integration of work clauses into the market in order to enable the actors involved to improve their interactions in their field of occupations in order to meet as closely as possible the objectives of energy and environmental efficiency (CAPTE project).
