SOCIAL CENTRES CONNECTED 2.0 FROM THE NORTH-EAST SIDE

Four social centres in the Northeast Versant of the European Metropolis of Lille are committed to digitalising the daily life and citizenship of fragile or dependent audiences. The project aims to animate digital communities around each social center to support the development of existing prototypes and to work on change scenarios around more thematic experiments alongside current territorial and systemic transformations. Each social centre will animate digital communities: institutional partners, communities, inhabitants, associations, volunteers and employees, helping to strengthen the partnership and territorial impact of the project. The implementation of these activities will allow the realisation of thematic workshops with the public, specific weeks of digital awareness and itinerant events in priority neighbourhoods to meet the inhabitants. This project is part of a strong ambition: — societal ambition around new ways of sharing, new forms of work, the common good, new solidarity, access to education and knowledge, participatory democracy and citizenship; — an ambition of spatial planning for a balanced agglomeration and integrated neighbourhoods; — a social ambition around e-administration, access to employment, travel, new consumption patterns, etc.
