To address the digital divide, the CALL deploys the “Digital Pass” in its districts registered in the city’s politics: more than 4,000 people in difficulty will benefit from a free digital mediation service in qualified local facilities, such as the Social Cultural Centres, the Digital Public Spaces... to gain their autonomy in administrative procedures as well as to improve their employability, their access to new uses such as those of the collaborative economy and citizen participation, and more widely increase their “social capital”.
