The Covid crisis has reinforced the digitalisation of society as all day-to-day activities and social needs are digitised. It has also raised the profile of inequalities among the French population in terms of access to the internet network, computer equipment and disparities in usage and know-how. Thus, the context of confinement, and the health, social and economic crisis we are experiencing, have only amplified the place of digital in our society and amplified the risks of exclusion being linked to it, making the problem of digital inclusion central. As part of its mission of animation and support for private non-profit solidarity actors at the regional, departmental and territorial level, the URIOPSS Hauts-de-France project is to develop a Digital Inclusion for All (PRINT) Resource Centre and to energise a digital inclusion strategy within the framework of the REACT-EU programme.
