The Covid-19 outbreak has devastated the organisation of care, the health measures taken to stop the spread of the virus and the prioritisation of resources in hospitals have led to the cessation of almost all planned activities. Patients with neurological or mental illness have particularly suffered from this situation due to the need for regular therapeutic adaptations. Disparities in equipment and medical capabilities in imaging treatment and analysis have led to delays in diagnosis and management, with sometimes irreversible consequences. The Arianes c project is a set of actions carried out, thanks to the networking of the various MRI technologies in the Hauts-de-France region, whose aim is to improve the detection, early diagnosis and monitoring of patients with neurological and psychiatric diseases. The objective of the current demand corresponds to the structuring of the use of brain MRI imaging in the Hauts de France region. This structuring will improve the organisation of care for patients from all territories by facilitating access to brain MRI for patients with neurological and psychiatric disorders. The health crisis reinforces the need for the rapid deployment of the project due to the imperative need to attach MRI data to teleconsultations.
