The difficulties of professional and social integration of NEET young people in the territory are significant and are now in sharp rise. This led the ESSTEAM team of professionals to reflect on how to support young people in order to facilitate their access to sustainable training and/or employment. This has been one of the priorities of the structure for several years and they have therefore been able to develop actions already proposed, complemented by new ways of accompanying them, allowing them to achieve the present operation. The operation will consist of accompanying young people far from employment: — individually and reinforced by socio-professional referents; — collectively through the setting up of various workshops enabling them to best prepare for the world of work; — and with a constant business connection throughout the journey. It is a global accompaniment to guide them towards learning.
