Development, construction and commissioning of Terres Energie, a collective agricultural methanisation unit with the valorisation of biomethane by injection on the distribution network in the municipality of Pont sur Vanne (89)

The TERRES-ENERGIE agricultural methanisation project aims to develop intermediate energy crops, cereal and legumes straws and livestock manure. This project is part of a global approach to the evolution of local agriculture by promoting organic farming on the territory and perpetuating the farms involved. The promotion of organic farming and the application of solid digestate contribute to the improvement of water quality (decrease in mineral fertilisers and pesticides) and are in line with the prerogatives of the Seine-Normandie Water Agency and Eaux de Paris. The energy outlet chosen is the injection of biomethane into the natural gas distribution network. The plant will thus be able to inject an average biomethane flow rate of 120 Nm3/h into the local network, corresponding to the gas consumption of about 1000 households.
