Civil Protection, more than ever sought in the context of the COVID 2019 health crisis, needs to consolidate and improve its operational response, which requires the recruitment of new volunteers and the acquisition of equipment adapted to its usual missions (rescue posts, reinforcements for public relief, support for populations affected by climate events in particular, promotion of civil security volunteering, training for first aid) and new missions entrusted to it in the management of the health crisis, in the repair of damage and the resilience of populations, companies and the system as a whole. The main objective of this project and to improve the quality of care for victims, injured or injured by professional equipment, the most urgent of which today is the acquisition of: — 5 ambulances (so-called ‘People’s First Relief Vehicles’) – 2 passenger transport vehicles, members of the association or affected populations (VL 9 places) – 3 logistic vehicles (including 2 utility units 7 seats and 1 utility 3 seats with loading rag) – 1 multipurpose vehicle (Command position, logistics, promotion of civil security actions)
