In order to streamline and optimise the outpatient journey, the NANCY CHRU adopts an innovative solution allowing the geolocation of patients in their outpatient journey and the geoguiding in real time and in autonomy of patients to facilitate their orientation with the use of smartphones inside and outside the various sites. The solution chosen is a mobile application on smartphone, which aims to improve the care of patients in outpatients by combining geolocation and geoguiding. On the patient side, it guides the user from where he is, to the building where he needs to go, and then to the CHRU buildings to the place of appointment.
