AFYREN NEOXY, JV between AFYREN, majority partner, and BPI, is carrying out a project to build a biosourced product manufacturing unit on the Carling Saint-Avold platform, with the creation of approximately 60 jobs by 2021. Announced in its principles at the beginning of 2019, this project is now in active phase of industrial development (engineering, application for authorisation to operate, industrial establishment on the Carling Saint-Avold platform, first recruitments). As part of its implementation, AFYREN NEOXY has set up an additional waste water pre-treatment project, not foreseen in the initial project, which guarantees optimal quality of discharges in the local context. The proposed project therefore aims to finance this additional project, which aims to preserve the competitiveness of the overall project while ensuring optimal integration of the unit into the surface water system downstream of the industrial site.
