The CHRU de Nancy is a state-of-the-art institution in care, research training and innovation. To date, it runs 27 Patient Therapeutic Education (PTE) programs with a total active lineup in 2021 of approximately 4,700 patients and 9,000 sessions involving 200 health professionals and 30 patients trained in FTE. FTE is a multidisciplinary approach that aims to help patients acquire or maintain the skills they need to best manage their lives with a chronic disease. It is an integral part of patient care. The health context linked to the Covid crisis, technological developments and the observation of the digital divide, led the CHRU to reflect on the development of a FTE platform. Following this reflection, the CHRU is associated with Equasens who has developed a special and unprecedented competence in the management of therapeutic education pathways. The objective is to create an operational tool that allows caregivers to carry out FTE remotely or hybridly in order to: O D Ensure the continuity of their learning and skills to better manage their disease o To offer patients, according to their wishes and possibilities, access to information and communication technologies and remote educational activities o D increase the number of patients with chronic disease benefiting from FTE programs.
