The project consists of building a new building for the Conservatory of Music, Dance and Drama of the Pays de Montbéliard on a floor area of almost 6 000 m². This operation constitutes an important phase in the requalification of the Blancheries site in Montbéliard, which extends over a land base of 2.46 ha. It continues the process of requalification of this wasteland located at the entrance of the city, in order to limit the consumption of land and improve the urban environment. The construction of this new building to house the services of the Conservatory provides a much better service to the population and contributes greatly to the dissemination of cultural practices for the benefit of as many people.
