Studies and preparation of the Grande Bibliothèque de l’agglomération bisontine project

Grand Besançon Métropole embarks on the conversion of the former Hôpital Saint-jacques, a 5.3 ha historic site in the heart of Besançon, into a new City of Knowledge and Innovation. The operation consists of carrying out the studies and preparatory work for the Grande Bibliothèque, the first stage of the project for the conversion of the Saint-Jacques site.
