As part of its strategic project, the Doubs Department decided to mobilise digital technology for public policies in order to modernise its administration and meet the needs of its users. Anxious to make them actors of their requests and to speed up the time of their processing. The Department is therefore undertaking a broad programme of e-administration through the dematerialisation of procedures and exchanges. This development will be carried out in stages by dealing, in the context of this project, with operating grants to associations, the financing of partnerships and actions with various public or parapublic private structures, aid to local authorities for their investment projects. The project will consist of supporting project leaders in this change by gradually setting up the user in a co-construction position, a single digital entry point, accessible via the internet anywhere and at any time for citizens, associations, partners and local authorities. The creation of this platform will allow partners to be involved in their requests and to have, in real time, information on their progress, while limiting the re-entry and multiple sending of information and parts.
