This is the energy rehabilitation operation of the 80 housing units of the Residence Les Pins in Saint Paul en Jarez, carried by Le Toit Forézien. This project is more broadly part of the urban renewal plan, since located in a priority -political district of the city, “La Bachasse”. It aims to improve the thermal performance of homes, thereby limiting the impact on energy resources and greenhouse gas emissions. It should contribute, among other measures, to a better comfort and quality of life for tenants.
