In the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, as in all French regions, the question arises of the development of economic activities in so-called “sensitive” neighbourhoods both by actors from other territories, as by the inhabitants of these neighbourhoods. There are few initiatives in this area. It also seems that they are difficult to develop over time, and call for an approach to the creation of businesses and activities that take into account the specificities of both these economic zones and the people who live there. With this in mind, the Project Amorçage and Learning in Neighbourhoods offers specific approaches through the Citélabs project structures and the Youth Service Cooperatives.
