The Turdine Teintureries site is part of a global project to reclassify the historic and “ageing” sites of Tarare. The requalification and redevelopment of the West Activity Zone is a major issue for the city of Tarare. The objective is to enable the implementation of new activities in order to energise this space. Former ICPE site, with an area of approximately 20 000 m², the site was operated from 1922 to 2010 for activities of bleaching, dyeing and finishing textiles. C is a polluted site that EPORA acquired on 23 July 2015. The demolition works were carried out by EPORA between September 2017 and August 2018. Clean-up work was started in the summer of 2019 and was completed in January 2020. The feed will be sold to the COR by the beginning of 2022 at the latest.
