In order to strengthen digital inclusion in its territory, the Métropole de Lyon has set itself the objectives of structuring and coordinating the various territorial actors of digital mediation in order to increase the visibility of their actions, pool their tools, training and resources, and strengthen the capacity of these structures that work on a daily basis to support audiences far from digital tools. The Metropolis project is divided into three phases: prefiguration of the network in co-construction with the actors of the territory, operational structuring of the network (or incubating internally at the Métropole) and finally accompaniment of the supporting structure and deployment of the network, in particular through the dissemination of “Digital Pass”, i.e. digital culture cheques to audiences in difficulty, by targeting neighborhoods in politics of the city.
