In the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, as in all French regions, the question arises of the development of economic activities in so-called “sensitive” neighbourhoods both by actors from other territories, as by the inhabitants of these neighbourhoods. There are few initiatives in this area. It also seems that they are difficult to develop over time, and call for an approach to the creation of businesses and activities that take into account the specificities of both these economic zones and the people who live there. Among the specificities it should be noted that one of the issues is to open these neighborhoods, often very closed on themselves, to “other worlds”. We must therefore continue to innovate, making sure to offer several possible entrances while welcoming both people from these neighborhoods tempted by an entrepreneurial adventure as well as others from other horizons.
