Creation of a flooded park Saint Serge site in Angers

The project to create a flooding park on the Saint Serge site in Angers, led by the SPL ATER PUBLIC, concerns the construction of a former industrial site on the edge of Maine. The work includes the creation of several landscape basins constituting a flooding park as well as road and network work on the areas bordering the park. The project aims to reduce the neighbourhood’s vulnerability to flood risk. Indeed, public spaces and networks will be put out of water and the basins created will constitute a flood-expension zone for Maine limiting the spread of the flood in the built areas.
