The project to improve the reception capacity of waterbirds on the Olonne marshes carried out by the National Hunting and Wildlife Office concerns the implementation of development and restoration works on the Chanteloup reserve in the municipality of Ile d’Olonne, as well as actions to monitor species and raise public awareness. It aims, on the one hand, to improve the reception conditions of waterbirds on the site but also to improve the knowledge of the biological functioning of the site in order to adapt management measures to maintain and improve these reception conditions.
