The Energy Transition Act for Green Growth of August 18, 2015 requires intercommunalities of more than 20000 inhabitants to have by the end of 2020 an Air Energy Territorial Climate Plan (PCAET) that covers their entire territory. The Community of Agglomeration Saumur Val de Loire (Maine-et-Loire) has therefore recruited from September 2018 a mission officer over three years to develop, implement and monitor the PCAET at the scale of the Saumur Val de Loire territory, as well as the Cit ergie approach focused on energy consumption. To this end, the Community of Agglomeration Saumur Val de Loire benefits from ERDF aid of EUR 72 299,47 corresponding to 40 % of the estimated budget of the operation amounting to EUR 180 748,67 HT.
