Since its emergence, COVID-19 has continued to grow, with the potential to take various forms such as variants and COVID-Long. The global evolution of this virus appears to be progressing faster than our knowledge of its medium- and long-term effects: whether it is its immuno-virological and pneumo-respiratory consequences, but also its implications for metabolic, functional, energetic and psycho-cognitive health. The different strategies to combat the spread and effects of the virus are still recent and require a better exploration of their clinical and medico-economic consequences. Based on the specificities and uniqueities of scientific, clinical or institutional actors in the Auvergne region, this project aims to better understand, better treat, develop and formulate recommendations for the prevention and management of COVID-19. The main objective will be to develop and perform a “phenotyping” of immunological and virological adaptations to COVID according to its form (type of COVID, COVID-Long), severity or vaccine received. It will also be a question of identifying its metabo-energy and functional implications in order to develop and evaluate new innovative care, identifying the territory of Auvergne and transferable at national and international level in a medico-economic logic and access to care.
