The ERDF and ERDF-CTE instruction service of the managing authority of Guyana is currently composed of 10 officials responsible for investigating aid applications and checking payment applications. In order to anticipate an increase in cases linked to the allocation of a REACT EU envelope by the end of 2020, in anticipation of the end of programming and the start of the ERDF/ESF+ 2021-2027 programme in early 2021, but also to speed up the processing of the many ongoing files, the Territorial Community of Guyana plans to recruit 7 additional staff. This request for assistance is intended to finance the human resources that will strengthen the teams of the managing authority of Guyana.
