The operation consists of the definition of a common and shared policy of attractiveness of Cantal and its operational declination. The aim is to bring together external operators (academics, students, neighbouring territories, external service providers) and internal public and private operators to define a common strategy and action plan to meet the challenge of demography in Cantal. After the development of a common will, a shared reception identity, the Department will unite around a digital reception tool to improve the reception and support of project leaders and newcomers. Each partner will be able to provide added value in the support of newcomers with a specialisation of local authorities in the living environment and consular chambers in the professional project. We will be accompanied by a service provider specialised in capturing profiles corresponding to the targets defined by the territorial operators. Finally, at the end of the experiment, the Cantal will host a seminar on attractiveness in the Central Massif to exchange on the best practices of reception and attractiveness in the Central Massif.
