PAM PROD

The PAMPROD project responds to an industrial demand for a solution capable of producing large parts by FA. This industrial demand is multisectoral and concerns a wide range of geometries, materials or applications. PAMPROD wants to develop a simple, optimal and acceptable offer by the customer where the use value is preferred. The main objective of PAMPROD is the realisation of a hybrid machine (multitechnology) capable of manufacturing at controlled cost large parts (5 m in length), with a high construction speed, good at first and meeting the specifications of the industrial partners of the project. The technological contribution of the PAMPROD machine through hybridisation and the robotisation of means will thus make it possible to propose: — Increase in productivity rate (1 000 cm³/h). — The advantage of being able to modulate cord geometries and approach as close as possible to the final ribs of the part to reduce machining steps. — Machines with means of simulation and monitoring to obtain the correct part at the first test. — The possibility of using different materials (titane, nickel or stainless steel bases...) with the same machine. — The plurality of possible applications: thanks to the flexibility of the chosen approach, the PAMPROD machine will be able to carry out manufacturing, repairing or adding functions.
