The Dinamite II project aims to develop and optimise a technological solution for hybrid metal/composite assembly for the aeronautical market. Through this project, different assembly processes will be investigated, tested and compared. In parallel, work on surface preparation will also be done to improve the performance and durability of hybrid assemblies. At the end of the project, the selected and optimised assembly process combined with an adequate surface preparation will allow the realisation of reduced scale(s) demonstrator(s). The Dinamite II project brings together 5 complementary partners (CRITT TJFU, CRITT CM2T, IREPA LASER, CIRTES and IS) recognised for their expertise in materials (composite and metal), laboratory tests and surface treatment and assembly processes. The Dinamite II project will enable partners to consolidate their technological offer on processes (surface treatment, assembly) and material characterisation to offer complete metal/composite hybrid materials assembly solutions for the aeronautical industry.
