Operation SGEI BAS MARONI responds to the need to provide the municipalities of Saint-Laurent du Maroni, Mana, Awala-Yalimapo, Grand Santi and Apatou with answers adapted to the great heterogeneity of its audiences who face difficulties in accessing training and professional integration. It also aims to promote the pooling and coordination of the human and material resources of the various training operators present in the territories, or even to encourage the establishment of new operators in these territories in the interests of the beneficiaries. The deployment of the SGEI must thus make it possible to compensate for the shortfalls in the provision of continuous training in this basin. The SGEI offers this public the opportunity to position themselves on an individualised and modular training course, with a view to their inclusion in professional life or their registration in a qualified training course.
