Acquire novel knowledge in the field of SARS-CoV-2 infectology to develop diagnostic, preventive and therapeutic products, as well as epidemiological techniques and models that allow the control of the COVID-19 pandemic. Materialise in the short term the results obtained by the UCM, both in the market and in society, in a concrete way and with a rapid application to COVID-19, of the ongoing projects and in order to reduce the time of transition from the laboratory to society both in this pandemic and in future for a shorter reaction time.
