Development of dietary supplements based on apple and honey vinegar and their introduction into production by setting up a new unit. The innovative character of this project will be seen as a result of using honey enriched with polyphenols, as a raw material for obtaining a wide range of products (such as apple cider vinegar with honey, honey cider syrup with honey, etc.). Thus, the products proposed to be realised through this project, which will be based as an innovative raw material: honey enriched with polyphenols undoubtedly demonstrates that this type of project will contribute to the development of the economic sector by using research results. In addition, the degree of novelty of the products that will result is significantly superior to the existing processes on the market today, and the company ROM HONEY GROUP SRL has the capacity to introduce organizational, technological, financial, strategic, economic changes, which is demonstrated by the scientific reports made so far by the company, as well as by the initiative to patent an innovative product: honey improved with polyphenols.
