In the framework of the first stage of the connection to the city centre of Lasnamäe Cycling Route, a 2.5 km long and 4 m wide bicycle road connection will be built, and in the section of the footpath, Tondiraba Park – Vana-Kuli Street – J.Smuuli Road – Valge Street with a 2 m wide runner will be built in the section of the bicycle road. At the same time, at least 20 000 m² of new attractive urban space will be created on the basis of a landscape architectural solution. It is planned to establish a connection between Valge Street and Kadriorg Park, including descending from Tallinn’s Client to Kadriorg Park.
