The mission of DEV’UP is to support the various actors that make up the innovation ecosystem in the Centre-Val de Loire. The agency aims, in particular, to promote and strengthen the innovation potential of companies in the Centre-Val de Loire region through the transfer of technology and the dissemination of knowledge, but it also plays a strong role in linking public research with companies and innovation networks. Its action, as indicated in the Regional Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation (SRI-SI), helps to increase the efficiency of the regional innovation ecosystem and to increase as much as possible the economic and social impact it generates on the regional territory. Over the years, the action programme presented under Action 3 of the ERDF-ESF OP 2014-2020 has been adapted to include the identification of investors to increase the number of innovative enterprises.
