The operation concerns the realisation of a multi-care kindergarten kindergarten equipment within an intergenerational residence through the acquisition and development of a room. The settlement takes place in a new district with an important social and functional mix in the heart of the agglomeration as part of the urbanisation of a wasteland. The project is located within the Prairie II ZAC, which is the largest land available for urban development in the heart of the agglomeration (approximately 10 ha). The vocation of the ZAC is a mainly residential vocation with a contribution of social mix, making the district more attractive and allowing the municipalities of Margny-lès-Compiègne, Venette and the ARC to maintain a sufficient level in terms of social housing. Thus, the new district is accompanied by public facilities necessary for the lives of the inhabitants, in connection with those already existing. The multi-welcome crèche that will be built is on the ground floor of a social intergenerational residence that ensures during the day a collective, regular and occasional reception, of children under 4 years old. (the goal is to accommodate at least 20 children)
