The anchorage area is a geographical area intended to receive vessels stationed either on an anchorage or on anchor. This North Caribbean MZ will make it possible to organise the reception of ships in conditions that respect the requirements of human and property safety, health and environmental protection. This MZ represents a real opportunity to diversify economic activity by developing activities related to boating in the northern territory. The project consists of creating several mooring areas (12 to 18 m boats) for the reception of boaters, as well as reception facilities on land and at sea. It helps improve nautical homelessness around Martinique by proposing a boating development in the North Caribbean. The first phase of the Mooring Zone project concerns Saint-Pierre only with the creation of 130 mooring buoys, the markings at sea and on land, the cubisystem pontoons, the temporary captaincy in the Mooring district, wifi, the waste collection system, the collection of black and grey waters and various light facilities.
