An EMF (Training, Employment), in Tourcoing – Programme to support young people into and into employment

An EMF in Tourcoing – Support to and in employment is the implementation of an operation which aims to put young people from the territory, aged 16 to 25, into employment. It will be a question of bringing these young people to the structure, in order to initiate an accompaniment aimed at removing all the obstacles that can complicate their professional integration, to work on the know-how related to the world of business, to develop self-confidence, to make them discover the world of work through immersions in companies. In recent years, AGCSCBP has developed a network of companies (Auchan, Norpac, Vilogia) that we intend to integrate into the system. We want to reach different sectors of activity, in order to propose a range of professions that can correspond to the expectations of young people and the needs of the labour market. All this led us to develop this operation in 3 different actions: mobilisation, diagnosis, socio-professional support and individual follow-up of participants, the Collective Actions of Professional Integration and the Meeting with the world of business. — mobilisation, diagnosis, socio-professional support and individual follow-up of participants will allow multi-partner identification, diagnosis of the situation, formalisation of participants’ engagement, and will propose an individualised approach of each including a phase to remove barriers to employment, a phase of orientation towards collective actions and a phase of support and follow-up for occupational integration. — The Collective Actions of Professional Insertion will bring about a remobilisation of participants, as well as the development and valorisation of their skills. — The Meeting with the Business World will give each participant the opportunity to meet an employer, benefit from tutoring and complete a period of business immersion. This phase will start from the start of an accompaniment. The organisation of Steering Committees around this operation will bring together the vital forces gravitating around the support of young people to and in employment, thus allowing optimal efficiency. A technical committee will bring together the carriers of IEJ operations from the territory. The team will consist of: A Coordinator at the Professional Integration, who will be responsible for coordinating the operation, ensuring the diagnosis of all the young people concerned and developing the partnership and enterprise network, an Administrative Assistant, who will be responsible for the promotion of the system and the management of administrative follow-up within the framework of ESF funding, two References to the Socioprofessional Insertion, for the support and individual follow-up of the participants, two Liaison and Redynamisation Animators, for the animation of the collective modules, offering a range of collective sessions promoting the professional integration of the participants. A Chargé d’Accueil, who will ensure the physical and telephonic reception of the public.
