Phase 1 aims to build two networks, one institutional, the other entrepreneurial, and to guarantee a reliable internal orientation process by the joint creation of tools from “workshops” bringing together social workers and members of the support unit. In addition to reticular dynamics, concrete productions are expected: welcome and Orientation Charter (which can be based on the CSR wave), skills booklet, employability diagnosis. Phase 2 corresponds to the implementation of the action involving specific support for young people leaving IMPRO with, chronologically, a welcome, the definition or validation of their “personalised project”, assessment of professional skills and competences, practical training and periods of immersion in the company. Phase 3 covers access to, maintenance and monitoring of youth employment. Phase 4 corresponds to the balance sheet of the action.
