The aim is to ensure the management of the global grant, the animation of the use of the funds, the support to the bearers for an effective implementation of the audit trail. The tasks of the technical assistance staff would be as follows: Support project leaders, participate in the de-IFnition of operations and ensure their instruction, organise the programming of operations in connection with the pilot service, ensure the administrative, financial and accounting follow-up of agreements co-financed by the ESF, carry out on-site and on-the-spot checks in order to secure the audit trail, mobilise holders to comply with Community obligations, respond to all external controls carried out in respect of the global grant, promote the ESF within the department and ensure the necessary support, communicate on ESF support in Meuse.
