In the context of the specific objective of ‘Strengthening and pooling the support practices of creators and buyers to improve their quality’, this internal operation aims to contribute to improving the readability of the offer of services and to develop tools for creators and creative networks. More specifically, the European Social Fund will contribute to the development of the following three actions: Promoting and equipping the emergence and creation of activities of social utility The aim of this action is to develop methods and tools aimed at creators and future project leaders, as well as intermediaries, dealing with the specificities of the creation of social enterprises or sectors that promote and create sustainable employment (e.g. circular economy, ageing economy). It is also a question of networking the mechanisms of emergence in order to encourage the exchange of good practices and the pooling of support tools and practices. Animating the network of initiative factories Initiative factories are devices created under the impetus of Lavise, which aim to bring about the emergence of social enterprises by: the detection of ideas and opportunities in the territories/opportunity studies to determine the viability of a social enterprise in response to the identified needs/detection of a project leader able to launch the creation of the social enterprise/the follow-up of the feasibility study. As an organiser of the network, Lavise now identifies skills development needs in the network, in order to ensure a precise, stabilised and shared definition of the work carried out by the factories: capitalisation on the experiences carried out in the network, establishment of common tools as well as exchanges of practices within the network. Animating and developing the Avise.org portal To improve and increase the readability and accessibility of the support offer for creators and social enterprise creation networks, Lavise has created and runs a dedicated portal. This action focuses on the creation, editorial animation and development of the www.avise.org portal whose vocation is to adapt and evolve its content and services as close as possible to the expectations of users allowing them to: — to learn about the news related to creation in the social and solidarity economy – to learn through educational articles and thematic files, the online posting of resources – to move towards dedicated support and funding offers – to be inspired by socially innovative initiatives through a selection of portraits of structures
