Consistent with the objectives of the State and the European Union, the operation aims to contribute to the increase in the number of entrepreneurs supported in the Guadeloupe region over the period 2014-2015. And thus enable, thanks to appropriate support, the sustainable integration of promoters of precarious projects through the creation of a business. The creators can be accompanied by the association at all stages of the life of their project, upstream of its implementation until its consolidation in order to improve its quality to allow its sustainability. Under this project, the beneficiaries are people excluded from the labour market, wishing to create their own jobs. These are primarily job seekers, social minimum recipients, working poor and inactive, women, young people, especially those from priority neighbourhoods and project leaders with a migrant background. The project will thus be judged not only on its ability to support a targeted audience, but also on the number of outflows to sustainable employment of the beneficiaries of the project. In this regard, a target set at 150 dynamic outputs thanks to the creation of a business over the period 2014-2015. Business creation by people who create their own jobs is a response to the crisis contributing to reducing the number of unemployed and avoiding the social cost to communities.
