The implementation of integration projects aims to increase the employability of this public away from the labour market. The proposed activities such as the maintenance of green spaces, landscaping, the construction and installation of urban furniture, aim to provide AIT employees with a piece of baggage enabling them to demonstrate some competence to a potential employer in the various areas in which they will be trained. The training plan and personalised individual follow-up put the participants at the centre of the project by allowing them to be directly employable either at the end of the site or during the construction site. To do this, two types of support will be put in place (see details in the action sheets): 1) Support in working situations which aims to develop professional skills (knowledge, know-how and know-how); supporting the development, definition and implementation of the professional project and preparing for the labour market through training in a production situation 2) Socio-professional support for multi-purpose employees, which aims to manage, support and implement socio-professional integration pathways, benefits employees in integration; certifying training, whether qualified or not, of all or part of the employees on the job; and to develop partnerships with the other structures of the Integration through Economic Activity (EIA), local authorities, economic operators in the territory, local employers and prescribers. To another extent, the works carried out by the participants will strengthen their confidence to carry out actions in favour of their territory.
