The integration clause animation unit has been working for almost 6 years to build, promote, organise, accompany, monitor and develop the implementation of the inclusion clauses in the public procurement contracts of the authorities and institutions concerned by the Public Procurement Code. Since 2008, it has relied on the urban renewal markets of the city of Nice to promote integration clauses and structure the partnership approach with the local employment intermediaries. Since then, it has continuously structured itself to articulate relevant responses in terms of integration and employment in the territory of Nice Côte d’Azur in a logic of securing career paths through qualification.
