The project aimed at obtaining European funds is the implementation of axis 2 of this convention, the overall support. The CTG and Pôleemploi are evolving their service offerings and organisations: Employment Pole creates a fourth support modality providing for coordinated follow-up between an employment professional on the one hand and the social sector on the other. This modality is based on dedicated employment advisors. The Department designates Dedicated Social Integration Workers (SSIs) to make the employment/social link. The ESF grant will allow the financing of these items, as well as various installation and operating costs necessary for the project.
