The operation entitled “Professional Training for Adults 2016” (FPA 2016) runs from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016. It constitutes a global operation for jobseekers, which includes the implementation of 2016 training activities, the performance of cross-cutting tasks and the remuneration of trainees. Training activities are mainly in line with the priority sectors identified in the CPRDF (Contract of Regional Plan for the Development of Vocational Training 2011-2015) such as: construction, ICT, tertiary and services, health and social sector, agriculture, agri-food, transport, trade and distribution, green growth sector. The operation foresees the implementation of 184 training activities with a view to training a forecast of 2,795 trainees. The courses range from level 3 to level 5 and result in the issuance of professional qualifications (TP), recognised certificates of professional competence (CCP) in the National Register of Professional Certification (RNCP). All training is aimed at job seekers and aims to develop their employability and skills in the labour market. In addition to the training activities, trainees benefit from various services, including the tasks of reception and information, counselling, guidance, recruitment, psychological support during training, accommodation, catering for trainees and follow-up and support for integration into employment. This operation also provides for the possibility for trainees enrolled in training activities and who do not have resources to benefit from remuneration, in order to cover the various costs arising from the follow-up of the training.
