The project consists of the following actions: Establish an inventory of the situation and the quality of the network of the digital service offer and digital mediation sites in French Guiana. Organise the referencing of digital solutions offers to small and medium-sized enterprises in terms of HR organisation and vocational training. Participate in the networking of stakeholders and in the development of capacities for awareness-raising and/or technical support to small and medium-sized enterprises concerning the opportunities offered by the digitalisation of their organisation, by the digital transformation of the HR management practices and professional training of their employees.
